Our newest ERRV Ocean Marlin, built at Zamakona Shipyard, San Sebastian, Spain, has been named in Stavanger by Godmother Anni H. Apeland.

Ocean Marlin will commence a 4+4 year contract for Total E&P at the Martin Linge field.
The vessel was open for visit for the guests and also for all the Total E&P employees.
Atlantic offshore has completed a NOK 100 million tap issue in ATOFF03 (ISIN NO 0010697956, maturity 16 May 2018) at price 105.75. The size of the tap issue was limited to reflect the amount bought back in the short-term bonds.
In connection with this, the company has bought back NOK 51.5 million in ATOFF01 at price 107.5 and NOK 16.0 million in ATOFF02 at price 105.5, resulting in a net liquidity effect of around NOK 30 million.
The new amounts outstanding will be NOK 39 million in ATOFF02 (maturity March 2015), NOK 90 million in ATOFF01 (maturity June 2015), and NOK 500 million in ATOFF03 (maturity May 2018).
The net proceeds from the new bond issue will be used to refinance short-term bonds and general corporate purposes.
